- Q: Do I need insurance?
- A: Yes. Insuring your treasures is a must.
- Q: What about a lock?
- A: You may provide your own lock or purchase one at X-tra Room.
- Q: What types of payment do you accept?
- A: Payment may be made by cash, check, VISA or Mastercard.
- Q: Do you have a minimum rental period?
- A: Yes, one month is the minimum.
- Q: What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
- A: A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit. For motorhomes, boats or other vehicles stored outside in addition to a valid driver's license proof of ownership and insurance will be required.
- Q: What are your hours of operation?
- A: The office will generally be open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The gate will be accessible beginning at 6:00 a.m. and close ast 9:00 p.m.
