POLICIES
The following items are prohibited at X-tra Room:
- Any living thing
- Firearms
- Explosives
- Flammables of any kind
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Stolen items
- Hazardous items
- Hazardous waste
- Items that produce odors of any kind
- Any item deemed inappropriate by facility management
- Any item which detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility
- The use of alcohol on premises or drunk and being unruly will be dealt with by local law enforcement
- Smoking
X-tra Room is a storage facility and as such shall not be used for any other purpose.
